Quartz Fiber Filter Samples Taken at T-0 and T-1

Measurements:

7Be (gamma counting)
210Pb (gamma counting)
210Bi (beta counting)
210Po (alpha counting)
Total C (as carbon via carbon dioxide analysis)
13C/12C – Total Sample (isotope ratio mass spectrometry)
15N/14N – Total Sample (isotope ratio mass spectrometry)
14C – Total Sample (selected samples – accelerator mass spectrometry –CAMS LLNL)
14C – OC/EC fractions (selected samples – accelerator mass spectrometry, CAMS LLNL) 

Samples were taken at 12 hour intervals – 5 am to 5 pm – Day
                                          5pm to 5 am – Night

A few samples taken at shorter intervals at T-0.

Samples taken on or about March 1 to March 28th at T-0 and 
from March 3 to March 28th at T-1.

Also some precipitation samples obtained and analyses attempted for low level 
natural radioactive elements – 7Be and 210Pb.

We're currently completing the analyses and will have the data put
into NARSTO format into the data archive as soon as they are
done. We're completing most of the 14C in coming months, but have some
of these done. We're also examining the samples for optical absorption
comparison with aethalometer results reported by Dr. Nancy Marley of
UALR (namarley@ualr.edu). We will also be doing water washes of these
samples and looking at the organic compounds using LC/MS analyses in
the next few months.
