The CMV emissions are now treated as “gridded hourly” inln point sources at the 12km grid resolution –see the cmv_c1c2_12 and cmv_c3_12 folders.
 
Emissions have been prepared on the 12US1 grid, which is larger than 12US2 the NEI2014v2 was provided in, in that it extends farther on all sides. 


ptnonipm and pt_oilgas are now all inln and no longer have components that are found in the 2D merged files.
